White Lines
White Lines is modern multifunctional complex in the center of Holosiїvо taking comfort to a whole new level: everything you need is under one roof. The project, financed by UDP, was developed by architectural studio ARCHIMATIKA on the request of A Development.
White Lines will be erected on the site of the cinema factory near the National Center of Oleksandr Dovzhenko and Holosiїvskyi Park. The residential complex includes three 24-storey houses with 566 apartments and a total area of almost 37,000 m². Each of them will be equipped with a cargo lift and three passenger lifts. There also will be:
- a two-level shopping mall;
- a kindergarten;
- a two-level 685-space underground parking lot;
- Silpo supermarket;
- ENERGYM fitness club.
The buildings’ first floors will be occupied by offices. On the roof of the stylobate with a total area of about 1 ha, there will be an open-air inner courtyard with planted trees as well as sports fields and children’s playgrounds.
With respect to the diversity of its apartments, the complex has no competitors in the capital’s market. Future residents are offered a choice of more than 50 kinds of layouts:
- one-room (36 m²);
- two-room (≥60 m²);
- three-room (80 m²);
- unique two-level apartments with atrium;
- apartments with private terraces.
This project was the first in Ukraine to enter the final round of the International World Architecture Festival in the Commercial Mixed-use–Future Project category.
